So I have let this blog go by the wayside. I had our fourth baby at the end of 2010 and then I had pretty much no time. I basically worked on keeping my sanity... and truthfully I don't know how well that turned out yet. lol
Life with four kids has been really busy and fun and crazy. I spent two years coaching two of my kiddos soccer teams while my husband coached my other son's (baby was 8 mo.) and then I spent the next season coaching two kids teams (baby was 20 mo) while my husband commuted and I packed up our house of almost a dozen years and tried to move.
The move continued to be crazy as we looked for a house for 5 months and then have had our hands full repairing and moving in. The cool thing about moving though is that I got to redecorate. It has been both fun and frustrating as there was so much to do and well... sooo much to do. It is slowing a little, but only a little. However, I thought I would try and share some of the things I have done that I have had fun doing.

Wall Decor - Does one fit your motif?
Thin wood plague - "Sweet Dreams Little Man" - $5.00 7 1/2 X 12
Garlands
I thought of this idea after seeing a mobile that looked similar in a magazine. Their's was $50.00 though, so I thought I could come up with something like this. My daughter has the purple butterflies up in her room above her closet and I loved how they turned out. They are about 5-6 feet long with apx. 6 inches in between shapes. Some are on fishing wire so they look like they are flying, others are on a wire, ribbon, or twine. The following are pictures of ones that are available right now. $8.00
Magnet Boards
These little boards can be used for a variety of things from pictures to 'to do' lists. They make great accent pieces in kids rooms and can be either solely decorative or useful. Finished dimensions are 12"X10". Includes two decorative magnets. $12.00
Can also be customized to have a half or whole magnetized white board with a pen holder.
Half- $14.00
Whole - $17.00
Scroll through the slides to see finished designs that are available.
